Vallia

Vallia brings bad bitch energy to every Lagree class she teaches. Her passion lies in helping students realize just how powerful they are—watching their growth and transformation fuels her love for teaching. She thrives on being a catalyst for positive change, reminding people that their limits are just stepping stones to expansion.

Her favorite Lagree moves? Wheelbarrow and plank to pike – the perfect blend of strength and precision.

Top tip for new students? Don’t take yourself too seriously. Lagree can be intense, but there’s room for lightness and fun. Vallia encourages her students to embrace the challenges as opportunities for growth, both in class and in life. On a practical note, she recommends learning the names of the movements to feel more at ease and confident in your practice. Consistency comes easier when your practice feels like something to look forward to.

When it comes to music, expect a playlist that gets you moving—think Jagged Edge, Return of the Mack, and all the nostalgic vibes of 90’s and early 2000’s R&B.

Fun fact? Before teaching Lagree, she spent years in the wine industry, even living in South Africa during harvest season. These days, she’s traded wine for wellness and hasn’t looked back.

Outside the studio, you’ll find her traveling, dancing, enjoying good food, and diving into the realms of astrology, Human Design, and esoteric wisdom. Nature, animals, and deep connections with loved ones keep her grounded and inspired.
