Meet Sue, who loves the full-body, low-impact nature of Lagree. For Sue, the beauty of Lagree lies in how a 40-minute workout can target every part of the body while being easy on the joints, and she always pairs her classes with fun, motivating music. Her favorite move is the Heavy Elevator Lunge, which challenges strength and stability. Sue’s classes are best described as fun and high-intensity, and her top tip for new students is to slow down, focus on fewer reps, and listen to the cues for optimal results.

Outside of Lagree, Sue enjoys morning surf sessions, beach walks, and road biking. A fun fact about Sue: she learned to surf in her 50s, and it has quickly become her favorite activity!
