Meet Kris, a Lagree instructor who loves the method for its slow, controlled movements that help bring mindfulness into everyday life. In a world that moves so quickly, Kris values the practice of slowing down both in and outside of the studio. Her favorite Lagree move is the Spider Kick, and she describes her class vibe as intentional, fun, and driven. Kris encourages new students to embrace being a beginner and never hesitate to ask questions. Her go-to workout song is “Country Sh*t Remix” by Big K.R.I.T., and a fun fact about Kris is that she was a cheerleader, which makes her a natural motivator in class—always cheering you on. Outside of teaching Lagree, Kris enjoys exploring ʻĪao Valley, reading, baking bread, and doing old-school step aerobics.
