Meet Jo, one of our passionate Lagree instructors who brings boundless energy to every class! For Jo, teaching Lagree is truly energizing—she loves seeing her clients reach their potential and fall in love with new exercises. Her favorite move? The Donkey Kick, a powerful lower body exercise that packs a punch! Jo’s classes are best described in three words: energetic, empowering, and challenging. She encourages new students to have fun, embrace the shake, and never give up.
When she’s not teaching, Jo enjoys staying active with hiking, biking, skiing, lifting weights, and spending time at the beach. Fun fact: Jo is not only a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner but also an NPC Bikini competitor! And when it comes to workout tunes, her go-to track is “Hypnotize.” Come experience Jo’s contagious enthusiasm in class and push yourself to new heights!
